Where are you located?
We operate out of West Lorne, Ontario.
We now offer shipping in Canada!
We don’t have a physical storefront at this time.
You can choose between Ange Picks or Lucky Scoops.
With Ange picks it is pretty self-explanatory - I will chose the gift categories.
Lucky scoops is inspired by the viral online videos where a token is scooped from a bowl that corresponds to a gift category.
Either way the selection will be varied and personalized based on age, preferences, and requests.
How are the gifts selected?
We currently ship within Canada.
Orders are shipped within 5 business days of being placed.
Once shipped, delivery generally takes 1–7 business days, depending on the destination.
To help ensure your gift arrives on time, please place your order at least three weeks before it is needed.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or statutory holidays.
If you cancel your order before it ships, your order will be partially refunded, with the exception of a $15 fee for gift selection, wrapping and video creation.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order.
We cannot provide refunds for voluntary cancellations or changes of mind after an order has shipped.
This policy does not affect your rights if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or where a refund or cancellation is required under applicable consumer-protection law.
If an item is damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, contact us and include:
Your name and order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label
After reviewing the issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

What is your return and refund policy?
How do I watch my video?
Every video is uploaded to youtube under the order #.
Your gift-selection and wrapping video will be available within 48 hours after your order ships. You’ll receive the YouTube link by email, and the gift recipient will receive a card with a QR code that takes them directly to the video.
Whether you watch the video before or after you open your present is your choice!
Will my order receive a Premium Gift?
Every gift pack includes a chance to receive one Premium Gift!
Lucky Scoop Orders: A special token is mixed into the scoop.
Picked by Ange Orders: A random number generator determines whether your order number is selected.
If selected, Ange reveals the surprise during your recorded gift-selection video:
Building Bricks: Ange scratches a Golden Ticket to reveal your Premium Gift.
Mermaid Hair: Ange opens a message in a bottle to discover your Premium Gift.
You’ll get to watch the exciting reveal in the complimentary video included with your order!
