Where are you located?We operate out of West Lorne, Ontario. We don’t have a storefront at this time.
We are providing three pickup locations in South Western Ontario for our customers:
the carpool lot at highway 401 West Lorne exit,
Walmart parking lot at White Oaks mall in London Ontario, and
the parking lot at Aldershot Go Station.
Do you ship?We don’t ship yet but we may add shipping in the future. Let us know if you are interested in shipping!
How are the gifts selected?You can choose between Ange Picks or Lucky Scoops.
With Ange picks it is pretty self-explanatory - I will chose the gift categories. Lucky scoops is inspired by the viral online videos where a token is scooped from a bowl that corresponds to a gift category.
Either way the selection will be varied and personalized based on age, preferences, and requests.
How do I watch my video?Every video is uploaded to youtube under the order #.
You will receive an email on the pickup day with the link to the video to watch - either before or after you open your present. Your choice!
How do I find you on pickup day?On pickup day I will be in the location and at the time you selected when you ordered.
I will send a pickup reminder phone call to the phone number provided at checkout the day before.
On pickup day look for the white van with the Wonder Curated by Ange logo in the windshield.
What if I change my mind or miss my pickup?You can arrange shipping with me for a fee, or pick a later pickup date if it is available.
If not, your order will be partially refunded with the exception of a $15 fee for the gift selection, wrapping, and video creation.
